How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Me, then Delete account, and confirm with your password. This deletes your account and everything in it: your plan, labs, plates, check-ins and periods. It cannot be undone.
I cannot sign in.
Check the e-mail address for typos first. If you still cannot get in, write to support@ferritin.ai from the address your account uses, and we will help you back in.
Can I try it without an account?
Yes. On the welcome screen, choose Explore with demo data. The demo runs on your phone with made-up data, and nothing in it is sent to us. In the demo, Me has a button to reset it.
How do I change the language?
In the app, open Me, then Language, and pick a language, or System to follow your phone. Ferritin restarts in the language you pick. On this website, use the language menu at the top of any page.
How do I add a lab report?
Open Labs and add your results: a photo of your report, a PDF from the lab, or the numbers typed in. You check every value before anything is saved.
My report could not be read.
A PDF from your lab's portal or e-mail reads best. A scan of several pages cannot be read as one PDF, so take a photo of each page instead: the whole page, flat, in good light. You can always type the numbers in.
Is the iron figure measured?
No. It is an estimate from the flow you log, and the app says so beside the number. Only a blood test measures your iron.
What happens to my data?
It is used to show you your own numbers and plan, and it is never sold or used for advertising. The privacy policy says what is kept, where, and how to delete it.
